The term “Star Gate” is a popular science-fiction term in the sci-fi community. It originated from the popular 1994 movie, Stargate. The Stargate is said to be an Einstein-Rosen Bridge portal device that can take you from one spot of the universe to another within a matter of seconds. Marvel fans will recognize this as the Bifrost from the Thor movies. Both work the same, and it works the same way too in Tower of Fantasy. But what is in the Star Gate in Tower of Fantasy? We’ll show you what happens when you go inside one of these gates.
Star Gate Interstellar Exploration – Tower of Fantasy
One such Star Gate can be found near the Banges Industrial Zone. Exact coordinates are -876.3, 132.1. You can find the it easily because its appearance is a large, purple doorway to another place. Interacting with it will show you a menu called Interstellar Exploration.
Looking at it, you will see the rewards you will get and the rarity of the gate as well. This is because this Star Gate is actually a Wave Mode-type game mode, in which you fight 3 waves of enemies until you defeat the last one, thus earning your rewards.
Once you enter the Gate, you will immediately be transported to an arena where you have to fight. These enemies are usually at your level. For example, if you are level 24, they are level 24. You will find somewhere they are above your level, but those are still beatable.
You will be given no time to prepare as they will immediately attack you, so be sure you have prepared prior to you entering the Star Gate.
There’s no strategy here. All you have to do is fight until you’re the last person standing. All of your enemies aren’t special, as they are regular enemies you can find out in the world, so dealing with them won’t be an issue.
Once you finish off the last enemy, you will be rewarded with the Breakthrough Success screen, as well as your rewards. Then you will be transported back to the world. However, you will notice that the Star Gate is gone, which is normal. That means you will have to find another Star Gate somewhere in the world. Just look out for any weird glowing doorframes.
