Warframe’s The Old Peace expansion is set out to wrap up the current chapter. There are different NPCs that you can talk to while you grind the new game modes. How to Unlock Lyon Allard
To unlock Lyon Allard, you will need to progress through the main quests including the ones related to The Old Peace. This will allow you to get the KIM System and also unlock access to the La Cathedral, where Lyon Allard is actually found.

Step 1 – Open KIM System
Starting off, you will want to open the KIM system, which is the Wisp Proto-Frame found in your ship. If you haven’t unlocked it yet, it means that you still need to make some progression.
Step 2 – Get Marie To Liked Status
In the KIM system menu, you will see multiple names of different NPCs. Here, you want to select Marie and start talking to her. Initially, your Status with her will be Neutral and you need to build chemistry with her till you reach Liked.
Once you hit Liked, you can proceed to the next step.
Step 3 – Talk To Lyon Allard
After you are liked by Marie, head to Lyon Allard found in La Cathedral. This time when you interact with him, you will be able to talk to him and see everything he is selling.
This is just a bunch of decorations that will rotate every week. So, you’re interested in decorations, keep checking on him to see what the new rotations are and buy up his inventory.
