For The King 2 features some great story quests that you can complete in the unique dice and board style gameplay. Some of these quests consist of secrets that you can unlock. One of these secrets has to do with the Skeleton Key.
In this guide, we will show you what exactly you can do with the Skeleton Key. We will also show you where you can get the Key in case you have missed out on it. It leads to a really interesting secret that we highly recommend you check out in the game. Let’s dive in and uncover this mystery.
What To Do With The Skeleton Key In For The King 2
You can get the Skeleton Key in one of the Dungeons during the Boogie Story Mission. This is a Mission that you will do in the First Act, The Resistance.
Inside this Dungeon, there is a Goblin Merchant from whom you can buy a variety of items. Specifically, he can be found in the Abandoned Sewer area.
This includes the Skeleton Key. When you purchase it, it isn’t immediately clear what you are supposed to do with it. All you can see is that it is a Quest item when you hover over it in your Inventory.
After you obtain the Skelly Key from the Goblins, progress through the Story. Eventually, you will run into an enemy known as Boogie including his Dungeon.
This Dungeon is known as Boogie’s Crypt. Inside this area, there will be a large set of doors which are locked. You can use the Skelly Key to unlock these doors and get access to the secret inside.
These doors lead to an actual Party Room complete with decorations, music and so on. Once you’re done partying, there is also a large Chest inside that you can unlock. It will provide you with a reward for your efforts.
You will even unlock an Achievement, Come on Boogey, for finding this room. An interesting secret that we are glad was added to the game!
That’s everything you need to know about using the Skeleton Key. We highly recommend that you do buy the Skelly Key when you run into the Goblins during the Resistance. This is because you are able to unlock a cool new secret and are rewarded with items inside the chest. If you’re playing with friends, you can even have a party with them!
