Similar to most survival games that involve mining, finding Diamonds is also a must in The Lord of the Rings: Return To Moria. It’s an essential material if you want to make better equipment and build better bases. If you’re wondering how to acquire them, I got you! In this guide, I’ll show you how and where you can find Diamonds in the game. Prepare yourself, we’ll be going to the Depths for this one!
Where to Find Diamonds
In order to get Diamonds, you’ll have to make your way to the Great Forge of Durin and through the Depths. And by depths, I’m talking about 270 fathoms deep and more!
I can’t give you an exact location as the maps are randomized. But you must scan the area for a deep hole surrounded by torches that you can go down to, like the one shown in the image below.
Once you reach the location, go down the ladders and you’ll want to look around for Precious Gem(s) nodes on the walls of the cave. In fact, just on your way down, you’ll be able to spot some of them.
You’ll get a chance of getting Diamonds by breaking them. However, take note that you’ll require a Tier-4 Pickaxe to get loot from the nodes.
Moreover, you’ll also have a chance of acquiring other valuable materials like Anorin, Adamant and Emerald.
