How to Get Cranberries in LOTR Return to Moria
Cranberries are a bit elusive in the game and they can be difficult to find compared to other edible items in the game.
As a result, they are Rare, and it is not immediately clear where you are supposed to find them. Moria is a large place and spawns can be random, making this task quite tedious.
However, there is a particular location where you can shift your focus towards. This is the Western Halls area of Moria. Cranberries grow in rough looking patches and you can harvest these patches to get them.
In particular, there are two areas within the Western Halls where you should pay special attention to. The first area is the water near Ori’s Camp, which is where you undergo the building a base tutorial. Specifically, this is when you are doing the Objective where you need to build a Furnace.
The second area is a hidden room in the Western Halls, where you can find a few patches of Cranberries.
When you pick up Cranberries for the first time, you will also unlock Recipes that use them as ingredients. These Recipes grant you buffs while replenishing your energy and HP.
Unfortunately, you cannot get Cranberry Seeds from farming. This means that there is no way to farm Cranberries and you will need to explore these areas again to get them.
Luckily, Cranberries do respawn in these patches, you can always return and farm more Cranberries.
That’s everything you need to know about getting Cranberries in Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria. Cranberries are definitely ingredients that are more difficult to get than others due to a lack of farming. However, once you are able to find them in the Western Halls, you can simply revisit the area and replenish them!
