You know how you do all the hard work only for someone to skim a little bit off the top and take credit for everything? Yeah, that’s this quest right here, but the rewards will be well worth it as Wulfred claims them to be. But what do you need to do in Authentic Authorization?
World of Warcraft can be cryptic sometimes since it is a fantasy game, your 2FA is in safe hands though, that’s not what the quest is asking from you! If you’re still confused about the quest then check out the guide below and make going through the quest less of a hassle.
WoW: Dragonflight – Authentic Authorization Guide
You’ll see a couple of figures once you approach the vault, one of these will be Pathfinder Jeb, Tacha, and the last will be Cataloger Wulfred.
He’ll task you with finding 10 Neltharion–Signed Notes inside of the dungeon, simply talk to Jeb to gain access and begin the quest.
Clear the boss in the main room and proceed to the eastern door, defeat the Experimental Trial and Horrible Error guarding the place along with the Vault Lurker.
You’ll find a Primordial Jeweler’s Kit that you can use for another quest later on and one of Neltharion’s Signed notes lying on the ground.
Go back into the main room and head over to X: 29.09/ Y: 55.60 to find another note on the ground.
Still in the same room? Good! The next note can be found right next to the Obsidian Mixing Table. The fourth note can be found across that, specifically over X: 28.91/ Y: 56.99.
Ride the bubble stream going up, you can find the fifth page in the same room as where you found the Primordial Anvil.
Stay on the second floor for a little while and go to the door over at X: 30.35/ Y: 58.16 to find the next note sitting on top of a table.
The 7th note can be found on the same floor over at X: 30.63 / Y: 55.39 next to a pile of gold.
You’ll have to go through a Frozen Guardian to get the 8th note, go here X: 28.30/ Y: 56. 60 and look at the shelf on the left side.
The last room will have an Experimental Misstep, it’s right next to the previous room where you found note no. 8.
You’ll find two more here, one behind the desk and one more on top of the shelf that’s sitting right next to it.
You can now turn in the notes to get fans and 28 pieces of gold and reputation with the Dragonscale Expedition!
