Living Flame is an instant cast, 40-yard range spellfire that costs 28 mana with a 1-minute cooldown.
The description reads: Summons a spellfire flame that moves toward the target, leaving a trail of spellfire. This trail deals 23 Spellfire damage every second to nearby enemies. Lasts 20 sec.
