Human Mage Living Flame Rune
The Living Flame rune is dropped from the Kobold Geomancers that you can find spawning around and inside the Jasperlode Mine.
It’s a rare drop, so it will take quite a bit of grinding around here before you find the Living Flame rune.
How do you know you got one? If you get the Spell Notes: MILEGIN VALF, read that note to learn how to engrave the Living Flame rune. After engraving it, you can then cast the Living Flame spell.
Living Flame is an instant cast, 40-yard range spellfire that costs 28 mana with a 1-minute cooldown.
The description reads: Summons a spellfire flame that moves toward the target, leaving a trail of spellfire. This trail deals 23 Spellfire damage every second to nearby enemies. Lasts 20 sec.
