Another day, another character unlocked in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. There are so many things to do in this game but getting all the characters playable might be one of the most fun things ever. In this guide, we will be showing you how to obtain Monica and get her to join your team. Let’s get started.

How to Get Hero Monica – Xenoblade Chronicles 3

This unlockable character is pretty much later on in the story. You will first need to get to the Chapter 5 and be at the Swordmarch after the War Room cutscene.

Once you’re here, and you’ll get here by only the main story so don’t worry about finding this location, you will need to branch out and talk to a lot of people around you. The topic you’re going to start talking about is the Guernica Vandham.

Then once you find the right person to talk to you’ll get a new hero quest. It will go by the name of Vandham’s Heir. For this one, you’ll get taken to talk to Monica. She will be located as shown in the first picture above, exactly where the player arrow is placed.

The next step will be to collect her 3 belongings. They are located as follows:

All those 3 investigation icons are the belongings. This is in the Aetia Region on the lower left half of the map. You can get here by fat traveling on the right or simply by walking.

You’ll see big machine robots once you get here and the investigation places will be around them. They are pretty hard to miss because you’ll get them marked on the map. Once you get Yew’s, Zuo’s, and Heewa’s Belongings the quest will be finished.

Now you’ll need to go to the Remembrance Stones in SwordMarch. Just get to this location and have a long conversation cutscene with Monica. After you have done this, you will Monica as your playable character! Congratulations!
