Some people aren’t sitting at a desk in front of a computer monitor, being able to see everything easily.
There are other people who play games on large, 55-inch TV screens and sit on a comfortable couch. The downside to that is that the UI can get really small, making it hard to see everything that pops up.

How To Increase UI Size – Wartales
Right now, the only way to actually adjust the UI size is by tweaking the Word Size options in Options. The Word Size option is essentially the UI option.
You can adjust it to your preference with a simple click.
If you are playing on a big screen far away, then you can make it bigger. But if you’re sitting close to your monitor and the text can be too big, you can make it smaller.
As of right now, there is no other way to adjust the UI besides making the text bigger or smaller.
