Dystovia is a brand new Roblox game that many players have been waiting to play. It features an expansive open world with different biomes and secrets for players to uncover. The main goal is to fight creatures using your swordsmanship skills. With that said, you may have a hard time finding a location or knowing how to effectively farm and grind mobs. This guide will focus on how to grind the Crypt Dungeons in the game.
How To Grind Crypt Dungeons
Location
The first step is to find the Crypt’s location on the map. It is located between the Great Plain Forest and the Nightshroom Lake biomes. You will know that you are near the entrance of the crypt when you can see the Nightshrrom Lake biome and the entrance to the Spider Ravine.
Crypt
Once you have located the entrance to the Crypt, you can interact with it to enter inside. If you are playing in a party, then they can join you inside this crypt as well. However, all of the party members must have a similar level since otherwise, they won’t be able to enter.
After entering the Crypt, there will be a short wait of around ten seconds before the crypt begins. You must keep in mind that this is similar to a timed challenge meaning that you need to complete this within a certain amount of time to receive the rewards. The minimum armor that you should have to attempt this Crypt is the Hunter’s Armor. Gold or Iron Armor are recommended due to their increased durability.
This Crypt is difficult for a reason due to the increased health of the Skeletons that spawn inside it. They cannot be killed in one hit, even with the developer’s weapons, so you need to be very careful. It is, however, possible to Parry the skeletons, and this allows you to deal more damage on the next hit.
Skeleton Necromancer
Once all the skeletons have been defeated, the exit to the starting room will open, and you can proceed forward. There will be more Skeletons ahead, so make sure that you have sufficient health to take them on. Eventually, you will reach the final room, where alongside the skeletons, you will have to face the Skeleton Necromancer.
This is a tough boss with two health bars and unique abilities, so you should watch your step when engaging him. Since the Necromancer mainly uses ranged attacks, it is best to keep your distance from him and close in on him when he has just used his ranged attack. His Green Bolt-based attack can have two versions. The first one has a single bolt, while the second one has a diverging beam of bolts that can easily kill you if you are not careful.
He also has another ability in which he can spawn Skeletons when you get close to him. The number varies, but usually, he spawns in around three to four Skeletons. Hence it is best to take care of this Necromancer quickly before he can overwhelm you with the Skeletons.
Chest
After defeating all the enemies, including the boss, you can open the Chest in the room to receive your loot. If you are in a party, then the loot of all the party members will differ. Crypts are also the best way to obtain the best Longsword in the game called Destiny. It is quite rare to get but is worth the effort in our opinion.
After opening the chest, you can interact with the Portal shown in the image above to exit the Crypt. Then, you can simply rinse and repeat the steps by finding another Crypt to farm on.
