In order to get Mithril Ore, you’ll first have to discover the Great Mithril Forge in Baranzibar. Afterwards, you’ll want to make your way to the deepest deeps, around 300 fathoms deep or so.
In order to reach such depth, of course, you’ll have to keep on exploring and looking for deep holes where you go can go deeper, like this one shown in the image below.
