For The King 2 features a great fantasy story that players can partake in with their friends. The second part in the series also allows more of your friends to play. In this way, you are able to play with three friends alongside you. You can go through all the acts of the story this way.
But the main question is: “How to Play Online Multiplayer with friends?” It can be a bit confusing to navigate the menus and figure it out, since there isn’t a dedicated Coop option to select. Not to worry, we have you sorted out. In this guide, we will answer this question by showing you each step to play with your friends. Let’s dive in together!
How to Play Online Multiplayer With Friends
Start by selecting the Multiplayer option in the Main Menu.
In the Multiplayer Menu, you will be met with an overwhelming list of public games you can join.
Ignore this and instead look towards the bottom right corner of the list. Whoever is willing to host the game will have to click on the Create Adventure option.
Here, you can create your Server and set a Password. Set a unique password to ensure that only your friends can join the game. After that, Copy and send the password to friends that you want to play with.
Once you’re done, click on the Create Adventure option again. Now, you will find yourself in a game, and you can launch whichever Chapters you have unlocked. However, you will need to wait for your friends to join before you launch the game.
We will now show you how your friends can join you.
Return to the Multiplayer Menu that you went into previously from the Main Menu. Look towards the bottom right corner and click on the other option, Connect by Invite Code.
This will open a text box where your friends can enter or paste the password you sent them. Click the Submit button and they will now be able to join the game.
Make sure that all your friends have joined before you launch the adventure. After that, you can play the game with all your friends!
