In Star Ocean The Second Story R, there is a wide variety of gear and accessories to craft or discover. Making your own stuff will require a lot of resources, however, and among these will be certain materials that you’ll need to create yourself as well. So, with that said, how can one create resources such as Rainbow Diamonds and Mithril?
How to Create Mithril and Rainbow Diamonds
For the first step, you will need to simply progress through the story enough to unlock the planet of Nede.
Then, you have to travel to The Centropolis of Nede, where you have to head to the general store.
The next step will require a lot of money, though you should typically have enough by now. You need to purchase the Lezard’s Flask, which costs 120,000 FOL.
This support item will allow your characters to turn Iron into all sorts of other materials through Alchemy. Ideally, you’ll want to use a character like Leon or Rena, as they can have the Blessing of Mana talent.
With the Lezard’s Flask, your character can now create various kinds of special materials, including Mithril and Rainbow Diamonds, among many others.
And that’s pretty much all you need to know about how to acquire these resources. Again, all you will need for this process is iron, which is incredibly easy to stock up on!
