Final Fantasy XIV: Complete Beginner Guide For 2022

Here are some tips when it comes to starting off in Final Fantasy XIV!

When starting off in Final Fantasy XIV, there are a lot of items, skills, and systems that can make the experience overwhelming. The trick is to learn it one by one and simply ask the players around as well. This guide will give you simple tips if you are starting out in Final Fantasy XIV.

Beginner Guide – Final Fantasy XIV

Final Fantasy XIV is a huge game, with a lot of systems to learn, so not all of them will be included in this guide. Instead, we are going to give quick tips on starting off as a beginner. As you start, you will need to create your character.

Once you have your character and you get into the game, what we recommend is to follow the main scenario questline. You can find the main scenario questline on the top right of your screen. The main scenario questline is the best way to level up to your first job.

After completing the main scenario questline, you will unlock different quests and remove the level cap. You can also do the Content Unlock quests, which will help unlock items and content in the game like the PvP system.

You may be terrified to pick which class to pick or job. You can pick whichever class you want, and choose the one that fits your fighting style. When you first get into the game, you will also have a small green sprout next to your name.

This green sprout indicates that you are a new player in the game, this allows you to go to the Novice Network. The Novice Network is a chat for new players just like you to ask questions from Veteran players in the game.

Lastly, simply explore and do it at your own pace. The Novice network is a helpful feature for you to learn from veteran players themselves.
