Grand Piece Online is a Roblox experience inspired by the popular One Piece franchise, and it features a lot of tough challenges and bosses to take on. Among them is the newly implemented Impel Down raid, which was added in Update 9. So, what should you know about this new challenge and how do you beat it?
I’d like to give proper credits to revolver agz for the comprehensive breakdown of the new raid, and for the images I used for the guide.
Complete Impel Down Guide | Update 9
Once you have made it to the new island known as the Impel Base, you and up to seven other players can party up to attempt the new Impel Down raid.

Upon entering the activity, you will be fighting an NPC named Vera, who will eventually teleport you into the actual start of the raid.
After waking up, you will immediately find yourself on the first floor of the raid with all of your gear gone.
The first thing you need to do is find the key to release you from your handcuffs, which will spawn in a random location.
After getting out of your cuffs, immediately start looting as you will need equipment. Legendary chests can be found throughout the raid, even at the start, if you’re lucky.
For the first part of the raid, all you have to do is fight a group of enemies and then proceed through a maze. Be careful, as you only get three lives throughout the activity.
Second Floor – Wild Hell
In this floor, you must fight several waves of enemies, and there are various rooms that you have to go through.
Eventually, you will have to carefully make your way through a hallway with timed fire traps in order to reach a lever that will open the gate that will lead to a fight with the Sphinx boss.
The next part that you will enter will contain this floor’s boss, the Impel Down Elite High Guard, who can deal a ton of damage if you’re not careful.
Defeating this boss will spawn multiple chests that you should definitely loot, as you will need to start upgrading your gear as you get further into the raid.
Third Floor – Starvation Hell
In the third floor, you will have to fight off waves of enemies and avoid a lot of traps scattered throughout the area.
The game will constantly ping the locations of the levers that you need to pull in order to proceed to the next part, so make your way to all of them while avoiding the many traps in the area.
You will then be guided toward the next location that you have to go to, where you will fight Jailer Han. After beating this miniboss, you will have to go to the top of the floor to fight the floor’s boss.
The Head Jailer of Impel Down is an incredibly tough boss with at least over 4,000 HP on normal difficulty, so make sure you’re all healed up before you take him on.
Fourth Floor – Freezing Hell
In this floor, the guards you will be fighting have devil fruits, making them tougher than the typical NPCs you have been facing so far.
After making your way to the end of this area, you will be facing a boss called Blugori, who not only deals a lot of damage, but is also pretty hard to take down. Watch out for his spinning attack.
Fifth Floor – Blazing Hell
This is the fifth and final floor, where you will face off against the Warden of Impel Down, Vera once more. This time, she will be much more powerful, and she has the Venom devil fruit.
You need to be mindful of your HP at all times, as she deals poison damage over time. At 50% HP, she will also shift into her second form, which is extremely powerful and may deplete all of your team’s lives.
If you run out of lives, you can spend Robux to revive once, though ideally you should just beat her without having to use real money.
Upon defeating the final boss, you will be sent to the Impel Down store. Completing the raid will net you varying amounts of points depending on your performance.
You can spend these points on a variety of exclusive cosmetics, weapons, legendary chests, and more, as the shop rotates over time (or you can reroll it for Robux).
