- Tala – Go to the very top of the radio tower. Wake her up to talk to her and unlock her.
- Johnny – Head to Balboa Island and go to the Radio Tower with the tunnel.
- Elaine – You will find Elaine on the Tangaroa, inside the capsule after launching it.
- Shogo – You will find Shogo inside a cryogenic chamber at the end of the Temperence mission.
