Companions in RPGs are always weird. They can either save your life and you’d love to have them around, or you want them to stay as far away from you as possible, since all they do is die and drag you down. In games like Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, companions will be useful if you make them useful. Give them good feats and skills and they will decimate your enemies. So what are the best feats and skills Seelah should have? Let’s see exactly what fits her!
Seelah Paladin Tank Build Guide – Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
Every 4 levels, she will gain 1 stat point you can use to make her better. I recommend +3 Charisma and +2 Strength.
The Charisma will help with her skills and the Strength will make her not so useless on the battlefield. You could also invest 1 point in Dexterity if you want to give her a max 2 Dexterity armor.
Her stat spread is pretty bad, so either way you’ll end up with a category that does not receive a bonus.
When it comes to cross class leveling, we will stick with level 20 Paladin to get the really good Holy Champion at the end there and make her a bulky tank/support character.
For Skills, you should max out Persuasion, Mobility, Use Magic Device and Knowledge (World).
Since we’re sticking with the full Paladin build, we’re only gonna get 9 feats. You should choose these ones:
- Heavy Armor Focus
- Combat Mobility
- Outflank
- Extra Lay On Hands
- Missile Shield
- Blind Fight
- Weapon Focus (Longsword – If you still use it)
- Hammer the Gap
- Shield Wall
With these feats, you will build a strong tank that can still hit some shots. She will mostly use her support skills from her class in fights.
When it comes to equipment, she should wear the Carapace heavy armor.
