Aliens: Fireteam Elite recently had its Pathogen expansion and with that a bunch of new builds had to be updated for the new content. The game is a third-person shooter set in the Aliens universe if the title wasn’t obvious enough, and it’s one of the better ones out there. Aliens: Fireteam Elite has a lot of classes to choose from, and each one of them has different choices in terms of weapons and perks that can lead to a lot of possible builds. You can try to test builds on your own, switching and changing perks and weapons to see what works, but for those who don’t want to go through all that trouble here’s a build for the Phalanx in the game.

Weapons
For this build we’ll be going with the Type 78 Burst Pistol, a great weapon that’s amazing at taking out elites. The only down side you’ll notice with this gun is that it uses up a lot of ammo when used, which isn’t a problem if you have a recon on your team.

For the CQW slot we’ll be going with the X43 Barrage Flechette SMG a fast firing and fast reloading weapon that really lowers your downtime at dishing damage. If there’s a gunner in your team with overclock this weapon can be truly amazing.
