Getting out of Tarkov is a task in it of itself. You never know when enemy players are waiting around the corner of the extraction point, ready to shoot you down and get whatever loot you worked hard for. That’s why you should always choose the best places for extraction, because you don’t want to lose everything you got. To find the Damaged House, you need to look for an apartment building surrounded by construction vehicles. Yeah, don’t really know why it’s called a damaged house when an apartment building is more applicable, but the devs named it so we can’t really do much.
You have to get inside to go to the extraction point, and you will have to stand on the blue light (or anywhere in the back). This has excellent cover with only one entrance, meaning that you can defend yourselves from enemy attacks if you are followed. However, the tight space leaves no room for movement, and if the enemy were to throw a grenade in here, then you’re all pretty much screwed.
