If there’s anything that makes Honkai: Star Rail so appealing to people that want to be F2P by choice or situation, on top of the game being free, there are ways to earn their premium currency, Stella Jades, for free. And the Great Mine has several chests and Warp Trotters you don’t want to miss for those extra jades!
Great Mine Treasure Chests & Warp Trotter

1. Perhaps you’ve found them all, or perhaps you’re missing some of them. Either way we start with the chest from the corner left. Don’t miss out the Quick Read book on the table next to the chest!
2. Continue walking along the street to the south and make a turn to the left into a small alleyway. Ignore the bot for now. At the end, there’ll be another chest.
3. Following the map, there’s an automation on the puzzle symbol that was in the alleyway you ran through. That automation will bring you to another chest box to the southernmost corner. There will be quite a few mobs down there if you haven’t already cleaned them up.
4. Very conveniently, just a few steps away from the chest the automation took you to, there’s another chest on the other side of the block. Now you can leave this area through the right.
5. The fifth box in the Great Mine is all the way east to this area here. Pick up the note on the table on your way out or in from this section.
6. Out of here, you head northeast and continue running along the way. You’ll see another chest at the end before turning left.
7. After you fight or juke the Patrol Machine, continue heading north that leads to the big open area of a settlement. On your right, there’ll be a chest before entering the settlement.
8. Head to the south. Halfway in, there will be the Overlook area that you can teleport in. Head up and make a U-turn down and walk until the end. There’s going to be a Formidable Foe defending a Precious Treasure.
9. There’s also another one in this area that’s being guarded by Vagrant thugs. After you beat the Formidable Foe, you get the chest. You can now leave this area and take the road that heads north into the settlement.
10. In the settlement, there’s another chest box among the crates in the upper, middle area. Along with that, another Quick Read is on one of the boxes.
11. Continue running to the west and you’ll find a Warp Trotter. Good luck!
12. Past the Warp Trotter spawn point is a chest to the right among the crates.
