Not all Farewells in Honkai Star Rail may be good, but this quest definitely is, given how easy it is. There are only a few things left to do now in Boulder Town, and you need to wrap things up. Svarog no longer exists so it’s only a matter of collecting a few rewards and calling it a day.
This will be the first time that the game will also introduce you to the Equilibrium Level. You’ll know more of this as you progress through the mission. Check out the guide if you don’t want to miss out on anything related to this quest!
Not Good Farewells Guide
You’ll be happy to know that there will be no fighting involved in this quest. Lower your weapons and ready yourself for a lot of dialog! All of your interactions here will take place in Boulder Town on planet Jarilo-VI. Here’s a quick list of what you can expect from the quest if you’re still coming home from work:
- Go over everything with the group (Boulder Town)
- Go to bed (Cheap Hotel)
- Meet with the group (Boulder Town)
- Discuss future plans with Wildfire Members (Boulder Town)
To begin the quest, use the Goethe Grand Hotel fast travel point as its right in front of the hotel.
Once you get back to Boulder Town, you’ll start hearing voices in the back of your head. The voices will tell you to complete the Trials of the Equilibrium. These will have powerful enemies for you to fight and will net you even bigger rewards. Approach the hotel to start a conversation with Dan Heng and March 7th next.
Talk to Gertie next, she’s right in front of you. She’ll prep a room for you and your party to sleep in, which will be your next objective. That’s it, you just sleep!
While in the middle of sleeping, a cutscene will play between Seele and Bronya. Head back outside to meet with the rest of the group.
They’re right across the street, next to the Goethe Grand Hotel fast travel point. Talk to them and they’ll go with you to have a chat with the rest of the Wildfire group.
To meet up with everybody, go down the road and make a right turn. Go up the ramp next and onto the balcony last.
Get close enough to Oleg and the others to trigger a cutscene where you do a lot of clicking. Finishing the dialog will complete the Not Good With Farewells quest.
For now you can do the other side missions to increase your TrailBlaze Level. You can also clean out Boulder Town of its Treasure Chests. It’s the least you can do for all the work you’ve done!
