If you’ve ever encountered problems playing the game in terms of being unable to join the player session or a connection error, don’t worry since you are not alone. Here’s how you can fix it.
Can’t Join Player Session | Connection Failed Error Fix Dying Light 2
First, you need to know that you can play online mode only after you finish the game story mode. So, after playing the story mode you will need to restart the game.
This helped almost all the players who ran into this problem. If this did not help you, open Steam, find the Dying Light 2 and right-click on it, and select the Properties option.
In the Local Files click Verify Integrity of Game Files. This will replace any files that are missing or outdated in the game.
Also, check the game’s servers status on the Dying Light 2 social media (twitter account).
Lastly, you may want to try changing your internet connection or restarting your router as the problem may be caused by a very bad internet connection.
