Anime Champions Simulator is a game where you collect and upgrade various characters taken from a variety of popular anime series. There is a lot of grinding involved in this game, and part of it is gathering and ascending mythical units. So, how and where exactly do you evolve such units and is there a quick way of doing so?
How to Evolve Mythic Units
So, you’ve gotten your first Mythical unit in Anime Champions Simulator. Once you have unlocked the Machines building in Champion City, you’ll find two workbenches inside.
One of these is the Ascension I machine. This will allow you to combine champions in order to boost their damage at the cost of some essence.
First, you will need a Mythical unit that’s the same as the one that you’re trying to upgrade. There is no shortcut to this, so you will have to spam orbs until you get your desired Mythical unit.
For example, if you’re trying to ascend a Kioken, you will need another Kioken as well as 10 Mythical Essence.
You can get essence by sacrificing two of any Mythical units at the Essence Machine right in front of the Ascension I machine.
This means that, unless you’ve gotten essence from a quest, you will need a minimum of 4 Mythical units in order to ascend a single one.
In this building, you can also unlock the Ascension II machine, which will let you further upgrade a Mythical unit, so that you can equip them with two quirks instead of one.
For that, however, you will require two duplicate units and a whopping 50 Mythical Essence for a single character that has already reached the first ascension level.
Again, there is no shortcut to getting these, so you’ll need to stock up on a lot of luck-enhancing quirks and gamepasses in order to speed up the process.
We recommend repeatedly pulling the Dragon Orb in the Green Planet if you need more essence, as Kioken is the easiest Mythical unit that you can farm.
And that’s how you evolve Mythical units in Anime Champions Simulator. If you’re extremely lucky, you may even get some Cosmic units while you’re grinding for these upgrades!
