To locate Hunter in an orb in the Anime Champions Simulator, you must accept a quest from the Commander, who can be found in the newly added area, the Land of Giants.
Find the commander on the Land of Giants, and he will ask you to find Hunter in an orb.
Now, in order to find it, you should open a bunch of Titan Orbs until you get Hunter in one of them. You can open a set of Titan Orbs for 140M.
