The problems that come with this error are mostly connected with controllers or account settings.
Gaming Mouse
If you are using a Razer Naga Mouse and are experiencing these issues, make sure to do a change. It feels awkward to say that this might be a problem, but if you do have a mouse like this, make sure to unplug it or just completely change it.
Consoles
Restore the Console and its controllers from the power menu. Do a full restart on them as well as on the machines that you play on. While in-game click on ⃤ or ◯while the error shows and go to your Dashboard and close the Apex Season game and restart it.
Delete Games Saves Data
Very important – DO NOT DELETE the game! Just the Games Saves Data in storage and it will act as if you did a clear cache option. Make sure to save all the options and settings from in-game as everything will be going to change. If that doesn’t help too, well then try reinstalling the game from scratch as this might help.
Try Using A Different Account
The main account that you are playing as and keep getting this issue, well put it on the side for a bit. If you don’t have another account, just go ahead and create one. Use this new or different account and play a couple of games with it. Try going back to your main after doing this. This has helped a lot of players on Reddit.
If nothing helped so far, make sure to save the Crash Dump file and contact EA’s Staff Support. You can also post on their forums and they might try to help you resolve this issue. It might help a lot because this issue can be connected to their servers.
