Blade Ball really does take dodgeball to the next level, by turning it into a fun competitive game. It features a variety of abilities that players can utilize to get an edge and defeat their opponents. There are so many ways that you can use each ability and mastering them requires a lot of effort and time.

One such move in the game is Raging Deflect. Learning how to use this move can really be the difference between you being a top player in Blade Ball. In this guide, we will show you multiple ways in which to use Raging Deflect in Blade Ball. Let’s dive in and see how you can dominate matches with this ability!

How To Use Raging Deflect

Raging Deflect is considered one of the best abilities in the game. It is a relatively easy ability to understand. In essence, Raging Deflect can be used to block and deflect the ball at a much higher Speed. This Speed is x10 times higher than the Speed the ball would move with a normal Block.

There are three main ways in which you can use Raging Deflect. Understanding and mastering these three ways can really transform your game in Blade Ball.

1. Surprise Enemies By Using It On A Slow Ball

In Blade Ball, often players will let their guard down when they see that the ball is moving very slow. This is because they do not see the ball as an immediate threat. So, when you see the ball coming at you slowly, you can use Raging Deflect to surprise enemies.

When the slow ball approaches you, look for people that are nearby you. Preferably, look for opponents that seem to be unprepared for the ball. After that, use Raging Deflect to suddenly speed up the ball towards your target.

It is likely this sudden change of pace will surprise your opponent and defeat them. In this way, you can get some easy kills on unsuspecting players.

2. Flick Balls That Are Coming With Speed

Another method is to use Raging Deflect to flick a ball that is coming towards you with speed. It uses a similar principle in which the victims are unsuspecting players that are not prepared. However, in this case, we use the ability to simply flick the Speedy ball.

In this case, you can target any player that seems to be not prepared, regardless of how far they are. By flicking the ball suddenly, the unsuspecting player will get surprised. This will allow you to get some really easy kills.

However, we highly recommend that you do not flick the ball back towards the player who blocked or deflected the ball to you. This is because that player will be on high alert and prepared when they target you, preparing for a counter attack.

Instead, scan the map and look for other players not involved directly in the play.

3. Save It As A Counter

The great thing about Raging Deflect is that it can be used to deflect most of the abilities in the game. You will be facing many of these abilities against you, such as Pull, Freeze and Swap. So, you can save your Raging Deflect to counter it in case these are used against you.

It is possible that you may get baited into a block during a match. This can be a costly mistake as you are basically at the mercy of your opponent as they use their ability against you. However, if you have Raging Deflect saved, you can use it to counter the ability.

Not only that, but you can also turn a sure defeat into a chance for victory. By deflecting, the ball will go at a very high speed towards your opponent. As a result, you will not only survive, but also have a high chance of winning!

That’s all the three ways in which you can use Raging Deflect in Blade Ball. As you can see, it is a very useful ability that can be used in several scenarios. Now that you understand them, you should practice them out a bit. Soon enough, you will be racking up easy kills and raising your level of play in the game!
