When console players make the move to PC, they tend to utilize a controller still because they have been gaming on a controller for years prior to using a mouse and keyboard. The same happened to me, but I have been learning to use the mouse and keyboard more frequently. However, some games are just better played on a controller.
Contraband Police is a first-person game, and while FPS games are better with a mouse and keyboard, some people are godly when using controllers with an FPS game. But can you really play Contraband Police with a controller?
Controller Support Details – Contraband Police
If you try to play Contraband Police with a controller, you will find yourself surprised that the game does not register your controller and will still remain using the mouse and keyboard controls.
That’s because the game does not have official controller support yet. Steam user Shodingus made a post regarding the lack of controller support and a developer quickly replied.
“Not right now, will be in the future.” replied a developer. So while we may have to use a mouse and keyboard for the game (which you should be considering this is a first-person game), controller support is officially in development and will make its way to the game sometime in the future.
