These are the earliest and first items that you will need to find as a shortage for the doctor quests. You will need to find a total of 3 of them and these here are the best places to find all of them:

  • Med Bags
  • Medical Supply Crates
  • Loose Med Spawns
  • Scavs
  • Raiders

The best location where you can find all of these things is inside the Reserve map and in the location shown in the picture above.

You will need to find 3 in total for the sanitary standards questline. There will be 2 parts of the quest so you might need to find more as an extra later on too. The best locations for getting them are there:

  • Filing Cabinets

The Filing Cabinets are containers of loot that are skipped out on a lot by the players but they tend to spawn these items a lot. Another thing of getting them is by crafting. Here are the best locations where you can find them inside also the Reserve Map:

  • King
  • Pawns
  • Knights
  • Bunker

The most common way of getting these is by purchasing them from Jaeger once you have him. Since they don’t need to be found in a raid for the quest, you can just buy them off. Another very good place to find them is the following:

  • Scavengers

You will just go around and looking for scavs to kill. Kill as many as you can and the best maps to do this on are the following:

  • Streets
  • Reserve
  • Lighthouse

For these items, you would want to go anywhere with rations supply crates. You will find wooden crates that look identical to the medical and technical supply crates, but once looting them, look on the top right corner and you’ll know it’s them.

The best location where you can find them is in Reserve and it is as shown in the picture above. You can find them on the backside of the building. You will be able to find all 3 of the necessary items here. Also, no matter on what map you might be on, loot the many grocery stores and you’ll find them too.

Flash Drives

This might be the hardest item to find after every Wipe. But what some other players don’t know, is that there are 2 locations where you will only need to look for them:

  • Safes
  • Filing Cabinets

Check all of them as you travel through the map and you will get the most of them. The best places where you can find them are on Streets and in Reserve maps.

That is all that you need to know about finding the Early Quest Items easily in EFT. We hope that this guide has helped you out. A big thank you to Johny BooSock for his details and information. Happy looting!
