How To Get Augments

Augments are highly uncommon items that can only be acquired in one way in Fire Force Online. Players can use them to boost their flame power or to add a passive ability to it.

Currently, there are 9 obtainable Augments in the game. We are going to explain how to get them, and what is their use in this guide.

Fire Force Online How To Get Augments

First off, the Augments are only obtained from chests. However it has only 0.1% chance to drop, so it is very rare and difficult to find. If you manage to get Augment from one of the chests we mentioned below, your Augment will be completely randomly generated. You will need to look for chests again if you want a different one.

  1. Turf War Chest: The Turf War Event is a Fraction Event that unlocks after you join either White Clad or Fire Force. Players need to compete with the members of opposite Fractions and try to capture three points. Whoever captures the three points A, B, and C, wins the event and gets a chest that has a chance to contain Augment and money.
  2. Sho Kusakabe Boss Chest: Sho Kusabake is one of the most powerful bosses you will encounter in the game. While you can team up with other players while trying to defeat this boss, you should keep in mind that you will have to deal at least 200 damage to it to receive a chest.

Augment Types

Augments change the color of the user’s fire. They also provide minor bonuses such as stealing health, longer stuns, or just doing a little more damage.

  • Life Stealers Augment: When players use Life Stealers Augment, their flame changes into a Bright Red color. It also adds a passive to the users’ skills and heals a small amount of HP when hitting an opponent.
  • Azure Flame Augment: Makes users’ flame color Bright Blue. Also adds a passive skill and heals some of the user’s HP upon hitting an opponent.
  • Thunder Augment: Turns the users’ flame color to Bright Yellow. Also adds more stun to the flame.
  • Reverse Augment: Makes the user’s flame White. The Reverse Augment causes an opponent to be dragged back toward you when players hit opponents with any talent that has a knockback ability.
  • Frost Augment: Turns the flame power into a Bright White color. Also applies a slowing effect that prevents them from running but allows them to dash and walk anyway.
  • Detonation Augment: Makes the flame turn into a Bright Dark Red & Orange color. Additionally, it leaves a marker on the person it touches and explodes soon after. If the explosion strikes the player or another person and activates a chain reaction, it has a chance to repeat. However, the Augment is blockable.
  • Energy Syphon Augment: Turns the flame into a Bright Lime color. Takes the energy of the other players and gives the user.
  • Poison Augment: Makes the user’s flame burn a Yellowish/Bright Neon Green color. When used, Poison Augment creates a small AOE poison tornado that deals incremental damage over time; if it procs more than once, it can stack with other poison tornadoes.
  • Probability Augment: Produces a mixed color. Also, it will make every Augment in the game active one by one.
  • Ash Augment (currently unobtainable)
