GPO lets you freely explore many different regions, traveling through towns, islands, and many areas. In this game, you’ll progress through completing challenges and other related quests. Once you are strong enough, you can even start participating in PvP matches against other players.

PvP isn’t always easy since your opponents may have better items than you, or they can be really unpredictable. It will require you to look for patterns of how your opponents fight and use them to your advantage. In this guide, we will show you some of the PvP tips so you can win your games.

Complete PVP Guide Update 9

There are three essential parts when it comes to the game’s PvP system: M1s, Blocking, and Movement.

As you attack your opponents using M1s, pay attention to their Blocking and Movement, so you can maximize your damage.

For example, you may get caught by your opponents and know they are doing the M1s combo on you. Once it ends, you can either expect them to keep attacking you, or they can back off.

If they back off, you can dash forward and catch them unexpectedly. Learn their pattern and you’ll find the right choice.

Blocking is really important; it can let you reduce the damage you take or counter-attack your opponents.

Ideally, you’ll want to make your opponents get greedy and rush at you for an attack. Then, at the end or middle of their combo, you’ll want to use your Jump + M1s to cancel them.

Keep in mind that you do not want to hold your Block for too long. If you hold it for too long, your opponent can break your shield.

Either find an opportunity to counter-attack, or back off if you do not think that is possible. If it looks bad for you, never force that M1.

The next important thing you’ll want to know about is your Movement. Ideally, you’ll want to be as unexpected as you can with your movements.

If your opponent cannot read your pattern, you will be able to counter them more often.

GPO Movement

There are many variations you can try with your dashes. For example, you can dash backward, then forward, and perform a surprise M1 attack to start your combo.

Your opponent may think they’re safe, but they are actually not. Be aware that they can also predict you to do this and counter your attack.

GPO Movement

Those are some of the basics of PvP that you should know as a beginner. In actual fights, it doesn’t require you to think long and hard, but to memorize the information and find a pattern in your opponent’s movements. Whoever does this task better is more likely to win the PvP matches.
