The 1.5 update in Honkai: Star Rail might be slightly late for Halloween, but it’s not bad as we’re forced to get lost in the Illusory Maze and have to find the exit. You’ve been lost in here for 10 minutes now and you’re so done with this section of mission. Or maybe you smelt the frustration from a mile away and immediately looked up for a guide for this.
I suffered so you don’t have to, here we go.
Find the Exit of the Illusory Maze
There’s only one true path to get out of the Illusory Maze here. If you take the wrong path, the door that you approach will lead you to the starting area.
The first part can be confusing but go straight and then turn left which will send you back to the starting area. Now, go left and you’re going to see the Sustenance Anchor.
In case it doesn’t spawn, don’t worry. Just do another loop using the same route as above. The Sustenance Anchor is always on the left door.
Listen to the dialogue and go forward for another short cutscene with the Mysterious entity. She’s starting to sound very concerning and summons Entranced Ingeniums to get in your way.
After killing them, you’ll finally see the Heliobus that wants to strike a deal with you. We’re going to find our exit and this time with more or less her help.
Pay attention to these talismans. Whenever you see them, you must read the document near them.
For the first one, after reading the scroll, move one room after the room where you get the Trailblazer ping in. There are going to be 4 vases.
Follow the instructions: break all red vases and leave the blue ones alone. Once you do, go back to the door and the guy will allow you in after performing the courtesies.
Just follow the path ahead now and you’ll meet back with Huohuo. There’s going to be a very interesting conversation happening here. Talk to Huohuo to calm her down and then you can continue to the final part of the maze. This time, there are two parts to the coutersies.
The first part is similar as before, you have to break vases but the opposite way now. Break all 3 blue vases and leave the red ones intact.
Then to the other room across you, open only the Basic Treasure chest, which is the least expensive one.
You’ll be able to get out of the maze now. Interact with the mirror and you’ll find yourself in a new place. And that’s how you “Find the Exit of the Illusory Maze” in Honkai: Star Rail!
