If there’s something important about being a perfectionist player in Honkai: Star Rail, that would be the importance of leaving not a single stone unturned. Not only is Honkai: Star Rail known for its mysterious plotline, well-designed characters, and awesome OSTs, but it also offers hidden achievements and missions that enrich the overall atmosphere and story of this universe.

We previously covered a mission in Herta Space Station called “Out of Reach,” and it unlocks a hidden achievement called “Farewell, Comet Hunter.” But the steps to acquire this achievement isn’t necessary in the mission, making them easy to miss out if you’re just rushing through the entire plot.

How to Get Farewell, Comet Hunter Hidden Achievement

The most important step is to first acquire the mission, which automatically triggers when you walk into the Warehouse area in Supply Zone. You can check out our guide for ‘Out of Reach’ here for more information. With that said, you don’t necessarily have to do this achievement during the mission despite the description. You can still do this after you’ve completed it.

After this mission started, rescue the man and you can find these floating origamis in the Supply Zone safe zone. They are in the same room as where you talk to Wen Tianweng. If you’re anything like me, you probably walked past them thinking they were decorations. Here are where they are placed inside the room.

Interact with three origamis that are actually letters from the comet hunter. The first letter is on the table against the glass overlooking the Supply Zone.

The table hides the second letter behind a box and monitors.

The third one is just on the edge of the table.

The letters were from Hosea Lazaro himself, who revealed that he was a “former member of the Nameless,” obsessed with soda and space, and now has a “new boss” with Intelligentsia Guild. He’s also wanted by several factions now after escaping but “never felt better.” He imparted a short, but motivational motto to inspire his fellow researchers: Be proud and look skywards.

After you finish reading the third one, you’ll get the achievement. It’s as easy as that!
