Some hidden achievements in Honkai: Star Rail have been fixed with 1.1 update and now work as intended. Labor Omnia Vincit Hidden Achievement Guide
The Labor Omnia Vincit is an achievement that you get after reading up the three scrolls in the Seat of Divine Foresight. But unless you trigger a conversation, you cannot access these scrolls and there will be a “barrier” that prevents you to read them.
First, head to the Exalting Sanctum and use the Warp Point on the top of the map. The Seat of Divine Foresight is to the west from the warp point.
Head to the seat where Jing Yuan would sit. Talk to Qingzu that stands next to the table. If you haven’t talked to her at all, choose “I’d like to learn more about the Seat of Divine Foresight’s work…” As the conversation continues, whatever you choose, you will still get a new song to be played on the Astral Express.
Along with that, you’ve now unlocked the scrolls on the cabinets near the entrance. So head to these cabinets. There are three cabinets that you can investigate from, but you have to approach them because they don’t have the usual sparkle that indicates them being interactable.
If your game bugged that you see no scrolls, leave the area, and reload back in.
These are scrolls on the history of enemies that the Xianzhou Luofu had fought before. And every time you interact, you’ll pull out a random scroll that talks about a specific race or enemy of that category, like the Abundance’s Borisin and Nanook’s influence when it comes to destroying worlds.
And that’s how you can get the hidden achievement!
