Honkai: Star Rail, like Genshin Impact, is a gacha game. Which means that you’ll be playing with characters that you get when you summon them from banners or when you unlock them. Usually after the tutorial of every gacha game, you get to summon for free. Some games even allow you to keep summoning until you are satisfied with what you have. However, what if you’re not satisfied and the game doesn’t allow you to summon again? Well, that’s when you do a reroll. In this guide, we’ll show you what to look for when rerolling in Honka: Star Rail.
Reroll Priorities Guide
If you are not aware of what a reroll is, it is essentially you starting the game over so you can get a better summon RNG. You will essentially be starting over from scratch and replay the tutorial over and over again until you finally get the ideal summons.
So what should you be looking for when you reroll in Star Rail? Well, your top priority should be a 5 star character that you can use as you play through the game.
The 5 star character you get will essentially decide how well you are going to do as you progress through the game. If you get a great value 5 star character, great! If you get a low value 5 star character, then it’s time for a reroll.
Here is the list of 5 star characters that you should definitely reroll for:
- Bronya
- Bailu
- Clara
- Himeko

If you don’t get any of these characters during your summons, then you will need to do a reroll and try to get any of the four, but our top choice is Bronya, as she is a community favorite at the moment due to being a great support character.
