In order to make the grinding process easier and more efficient, it’s practical to use the auto clicker, which is showcased in this guide on How To AFK Raids as well.

Now, let’s take a closer look on how we can grind for these methods.

Leveling Up Your Units

First on the list, we have leveling up, which is the most familiar and essential mechanic for us gamers. If you want to become stronger, there’s a big possibility that the answer is to level up.

Now, in order to level up your units faster, you can invest in the Times 2 XP Game Pass or use XP boosters.

You can also acquire items like weapons with the “of Knowledge” attribute, which decreases the XP needed to level up your units.

Talents

The next way to make your units have more damage is by upgrading their talents, which is basically their stats.

In order to do that, you’ll have to collect Talent Reroll Tokens, and use them on the Rerolls section in Champion City.

If you don’t know where and how to farm for the tokens, here’s a guide on How To Get Talent Tokens Fast | Golden Spirit!

Godly Units

You should also consider getting Godly units, which have around a 20% damage boost compared to their regular counterparts.

Although they’re rare, they can make a significant difference in your team’s damage output.

You can find them the same way you’ll roll for Cosmic units, but of course, they’re even more rare as they offer more utility.

Accessories

Up next are Accessories, which can affect your damage output. Even if they don’t directly increase your damage modifier, some accessories, like those with attack speed bonuses, can indirectly boost your damage.

You can usually get them from Raids. However, there are also missions you can do like the one for the Slicer in the Demon Forest.

Traits/Quirks

Of course, we’ll have to include Traits, also called Quirks. You’ll have to aim for mythical traits as they can enhance your damage.

Each trait has its unique benefits, so choose the ones that best suit your strategy.

Same for Talents, you can roll for these on the Rerolls section in Champion City. Though, you’ll need to have a good drops team, if you want to roll for the mythical ones as they’re pretty rare.

Ascension

Next, we have Ascension, which is a no-brainer if you want to make your units stronger than ever. Ascending your units can significantly increase their damage.

However, you’ll need a lot of Essence if you want to ascend your units. Here are some methods you can use to grind for Essence:

  • Hatching Units: Units hatched from the Dragon Orb have a chance to contain Essence.
  • Defeating Bosses: Higher-level bosses in different zones may drop Essence when defeated.
  • Quests and Achievements: Complete in-game quests and achievements to earn Essence as rewards.

Harmony Bonus

Also, we have the game’s Harmony Bonus, which is basically a damage multiplier buff for using units of the same category, such as Order and Chaos.

This can be identified by the symbols under the unit’s name.

Though, if you’re a lucky person, you can always include Godly units with any of your teams for the bonus. Or, if you’re the luckiest person, then combine 7 Godly units. Let’s see if that does the job.

Speaking of Harmony, there’s been changes on the game’s Harmony mechanic. You might want to check that guide out!

Additional Equipment

Lastly, we have equipment, another no-brainer gamer knowledge. Though in this game, equipment plays an important role in enhancing your units’ capabilities and improving your performance.

However, keep in mind that there are lots of factors you must know and understand if you want to get as much damage as possible:

  • Equipment Type
  • Stats
  • Rarity
  • Set Bonuses
  • Upgrades

Now, if you want to start grinding for equipment, here are two methods you can do:

  • Hatching Units: The primary method of obtaining equipment is by hatching units from the Dragon Orb. These units often come with equipment, and you can equip them to boost your units’ stats.
  • Tower Rewards: As you progress through the Tower, you’ll earn equipment as rewards, as well as gems and equipment slot. Of course, reach higher floors for better-quality equipment.
