Nightingale is a game where you’ll explore many different mystical Realms. You can play the game on your own as a solo player, or cooperatively with friends and form a party of up to 6 players. As you progress, crafting and building are some of the core features of the game that you’ll use.
In Nightingale, one of the most basic builds you’ll gain access to early on is the Campfire. With it, you will be able to cook items and craft many useful materials. In this guide, we’ll show you how you can get the Campfire built in The Forest Byway.
How to Get Campfire | Through The Forest Byway
In this guide, we’ll show you how to create your first Campfire and use it to cook items. There will be a list of materials that you’ll want to gather, including building materials, fuel, and items for processing.
Obtaining Fuel & Materials
As you explore the areas, you’ll be able to find Blueberry Bushes. Pick these bushes up and you will be able to receive some Raw Berries.
When you walk, pay attention to the ground and pay attention to the Wooden Sticks. After picking them up, you will receive Sticks that you can later use as Fuel.
The final item you want to collect is Plant Fibres. These are items that you can obtain by picking up the tall grass you find when you walk around. This is also a Fuel item.
To craft the Campfire, you will need to have at least 6 Rocks. These are items that you can also find on the ground. As you move around, pay attention to the ground and you’ll find them.
Building & Using The Campfire
To Build a Campfire, you will need to open up the Build Menu. To access it, press B (on PC) and you will be able to find the Campfire in the Crafting: Basics & Repair category at the very top.
To place down the Campfire, you must have at least 6 Rocks in your inventory. As you gather the Rocks, make sure you find more than 6 so you can create more Campfires when you need to.
After you have placed down the Campfire, you’ll want to press E to interact with it. You’ll then be able to select Auto-Add Resources to automatically put the 6 Rocks and start building.
To interact with the Campfire, press E and you will be able to refill its fuel. You can then select Add Resource From Inventory.
In your inventory, you will be able to find the Sticks & Plant Fibres that you have gathered from earlier. The more resources you put in, the longer the Campfire will be on fire.
When you interact with the Campfire again, you will be able to access the Craft Menu. Your Raw Berries can now be cooked and turned into Roasted Berries.
The item has the following attributes:
- Maximum Health: 25
- Stamina Regeneration (/s): 1
- Effect Duration (s): 360
- Hunger Mitigation: 10
- Health Regeneration (/m): 18
- Maximum Stamina: 17.2
