During your time exploring the magic and mystery of the Fae Realms in Nightingale, you’ll discover that crafting is a big aspect of the game. If you’re trying to complete the Sun Giant quest, you’ll need to make Precious Metal Etched Ingot. In this guide, we’ll show you how. So, let’s get started!
How To Make Precious Metal Etched Ingot
Your first step before doing any crafting is getting your hands on some Ore. Not just any ore, however: Precious Metal Etched Ingot requires – you guessed it, Precious Metal! Get your explorer hat on and get searching for veins of Copper, Silver, and Gold. Don’t forget your Pick!
After a hard day’s mining, return home with your Precious Metal Ore and head over to the Blacksmith’s Hearth. At this point in the game, you’re probably well-versed in crafting, and for this recipe, the hard part’s over!
If you’re not familiar, you can buy the schematic for the Blacksmith’s Hearth from most Essence Traders, which starts from the Swamp Herbarium Essence Trader. As for the materials, look at the list below:
- 10x Etched Iron Ingot
- 3x Shaft
- 1x Hammer Head
- 2x Metal Tip
Bringing up the Blacksmith’s Hearth menu, you’ll first have to craft 2 Precious Metal Ingots. Each of these requires 2 Precious Metal Ore. Meaning, for each Precious Metal Etched Ingot, you need 4 Precious Metal Ore in total.
With your Precious Metal Ingots created, add them to the recipe for Etched Ingot, and what do you know? You’ve made some Precious Metal Etched Ingot! You can now admire the hunk of shiny or get to progressing on that Sun Giant quest. Or maybe you just made a Precious Metal Etched Ingot because you like metal. We won’t judge!
