The Raft is the most beautiful relaxing survival game out there maybe. You are stuck in the middle of an ocean with tons of things to see and explore around. In this guide, we will talk about the newest and final chapter – Utopia, and how to finish it. Let’s get started on how to complete Utopia.

Utopia | Walkthrough & Guide – Raft the Final Chapter

First of all, you will need to get to Utopia itself. Once you get here, there will be plenty to see but do not get distracted as you’ll pass through all of these locations in time.

Now you will have to the nearby hut where you’ll see a note from Detto on the table. This note will give you the exact locations where you will need to dig and then unlock a door to a little shack. Inside this shack will be quite a bit of loot that you can take. Also, a blueprint for the Big backpack is inside here, as well as the harpoon. Take them both.

The next step is getting a Carbon Dioxide Cannister. For this, you’ll need to connect the water pump to electricity. The electricity area is pretty well recognizable by the structures over there. Be careful, here you’ll meet with the new enemy NPC the Hyena.

You will need to get electrical cables, and you’ll use a lot of the boxes in the area to sort of build up a structure which you can climb on to get to higher locations. Once you get to the top, you will need to put and actually grab the cable to the generator.

Basically, you’ll need to do this same thing for all the towers on this huge raft. Connect them all to the generators. Reminder: use the boxes to get yourself to higher locations.

How to Complete the Utopia Chapter in Raft

After you have done all of this, you will actually see electricity popping off the towers. You will need to make this puzzle with the water pipes. The key is to have a hose that’s capturing the water coming in, as well as a hose that can take the water out. You will have to do this twice.

This will pump out and give you the carbon dioxide canister at top of the little water pumping thing.

With the carbon dioxide canister, you will go to Dettos harpoon on top of a tower, place it in, and shoot it towards the big apartment building in front of the harpoon. You will also need to have the actual harpoon from before to be able to do this.

From here go on the other zipline until you get to the other bigger apartment building. You will need 2 Entrance Keys to open the door. The first one is in the first apartment building, and you can find the second in front of the big double doors on the right of the apartment building. You will hear people from behind, that’s how you’ll know that you’re there.

From here get on the elevator and get to the top. There will be a door that you’ll need to crash down with a hammer. There will be a big parkour section that you’ll need to cross. You’ll find the hammer at the end of the maze.

Crack open the door. Inside there will be a maze you’ll need to cross again. The problematic thing here is the Cog Wheel. You can’t jump with it so you’ll sort of need to place it and pick it up multiple times. Use boxes to elevate yourself.

Also, you can’t take the Cog Wheel on the ladder. You will need to play and pass the puzzle with the numbers on the left. Simply try out the numbers from 1 to 3, and you’ll get one that matches the height of the other one next to it(where you have placed the Cog Wheel before).

Insert the Cog Wheel in here.

Grab that same Cog Wheel because you’ll use it for the next room too. You’ll get yet again another puzzle with numbers. Put a 6 at first, then put a 5, then 1 and a 4, then a 2, then a 3. When you put something new you need to take out the older one first.

Then you’ll pass the drawbridge and place the Cog Wheel again in another placing slot. Then pick it up again and keep bringing it down to the original Cog Wheel elevator in the beginning. Pass the parkour maze where you got the hammer, and grab it at the end. Place it inside the elevator which is at the end of the maze.

Take the elevator up and you’ll be at the next area. Use boxes you build yourself sort of ladder to climb up. Olaf is gonna start attacking you at this point. The only thing to do now is to keep building stairs to get to him(by using the boxes).

Once you get next to him, he’ll run away. Pick up the blueprint Electric Zipline Tool and pick up the Warehouse Key. make sure to get this ladder down. This will be your way up if you do die in the battle with Olaf at the end.

The next fight is gonna be with a lot of Hyenas. If you have a Bow, build up boxes and shoot from above. If you do not, well good luck! Oh yes, Olaf will keep throwing bombs at you too. Buil up boxes to elevate yourself and get to a higher level.

Keep walking up now and follow the road until you get to the final boss fight arena. You will fight a huge Radioactive Hyena now. His attack pattern is that of a bear, so you’ll have plenty of time to dodge them. Make sure to use a Bow to hit him from afar. Dodge the radioactive pools.

He will throw rocks at you that leaves a trail of poison behind them. Time the throws so they’ll hit the edge of the arena. Also, he might start jumping toward you.

After this take the elevator up and you’ll actually see Olaf. He will be with his hands up scared of you. Just walk up to him and he’ll fall out of the window and tie himself up. Take the Master Key from him. Also, there’s a blueprint of Titanium Tools on his left.

Then with the Master Key, go to the main double doors which are locked. Open them to get the final cutscene and finish successfully finish Utopia.
