Aside from purchasing it for 399 Robux, which, according to the patch notes, will be a permanent option, you can also get it for free by completing Crypt’s Coven.

First, you have to match the light of eight candles to the correct sequence of colors that was shown to you by the skull as you entered the challenge.
Next will be a couple of platforming sections and a very simple puzzle wherein your group will have to split up depending on the number of ghosts on the two bridges.
Following that, you have to avoid a series of rolling stones as you make your way to the rope that will lead you to the boss fight.

After defeating the boss, you’ll receive the Eldric Kit for free. The kit is extremely powerful as it allows you to either drain health from your opponents or heal your teammates at the cost of your own HP.
Your damage with the staff will also increase as you get more kills throughout a match. With that, you can become an unkillable machine as you deal tons of damage while healing yourself at the same time.
