In order to make sure you’ve an edge over your opponents, you want to use the best possible packages for every situation. These are oftentimes based primarily on personal preference and the best package can vary depending on your playstyle. Let’s get into the specifics!

Warzone 2.0 – The Best Perks

This one has, so far at least, been my personal favorite by far:

  • Vanguard Package offers a lot of versatility, something for every situation.

With base perks Double Time & Bomb Squad you’re getting a good amount of mobility as well as reduced damage from explosives, which is very useful in all sorts of situations. Whether you’re attacking and chasing someone, or you simply need to quickly reposition yourself defensively, more Tactical Sprint is always useful.
The bonus perk Resupply allows your Lethal slot (Drill Charges, Semtex, Grenades, etc.) to recharge every 30 seconds, which is very useful in Warzone 2.0, especially in later stages of the game when there isn’t much to loot anymore.

The ultimate perk High Alert is my favorite part of this package. It allows you to be much more aware of your surroundings. As soon as someone aims at you, or even just spots you, that side of your screen pulses (visual noise) and lets you know where the danger is.

To sum things up: Double Time & Bomb Squad, Resupply and last but not least, High Alert.
  • Scout Package is mostly a sniper-oriented perk package.

The first base perk Scavenger isn’t as useful for you as other perks would’ve been, but it’s a nice addition nevertheless. Everything else however is extremely useful for sniper users.
The Strong Arm perk allows you to throw equipment much farther, while also seeing its trajectory before throwing it. This is exceptionally useful for snipers because they’ll usually be farther away from the fight, so the extra range is an amazing option.
The bonus perk Focus is an absolute must-have for snipers, as it reduces the flinch received from enemy shots while aiming down sights (this also pairs nicely with LMGs) but also considerably extends the duration of the Hold Breath feature, making aiming that much easier.
The ultimate perk Ghost is generally very useful for all types of playstyles, in all stages of the game. Being undetectable by UAVs (as well as Portable Radars and Heartbeat Sensors) heavily increases your chances of survival, whether you’re pushing aggressively or playing it slowly. It pairs nicely with a suppressed sniper rifle, as you can’t be heard but also cannot be located.
To sum things up: Scavenger & Strong Arm, Focus and Ghost. A sniper-oriented package.
