Black Clover M is a mobile gacha game that’s officially licensed to use the Black Clover IP. The game has been out for a year, even longer for those who have been playing on JP and KR servers. For Global players, the game is still catching up on the content that everyone has been missing out.
One of those pieces of content is the Vetto unit, who is a unit that’s new for Global players. In this guide, I will be showing you everything you need to know about Vetto, as well as the ideal build to make him an effective unit in battle.
Complete Vetto Guide & Build
Vetto is a F2P friendly unit that you can get in the banner for 2024. Many have been thinking if they should pull or skip Vetto, but those that have been suing Vetto have some nice things to say about this unit. But first, let’s learn everything we need to know about this unit.
Skills
Vetto is an SSR Power Defender, but that doesn’t mean he is someone that won’t do a lot of damage. In fact, Vetto’s skills prioritize in dealing damage and debuffing the enemies instead of buffing and defending the team, despite being a Defender. Gear
Vetto, as we have established, is a character that focuses on dealing a ton of damage, despite his Defender role. In fact, his skills have proven that, while it doesn’t do a lot of damage initially, it buffs him and sometimes debuffs enemies at the same time, allowing him to deal even more damage at the same time while in the fight.
With that said, we will be building Vetto’s gear to balance out his ATK, DEF, and CRIT DMG. With both his ATK and CRT DMG up, Vetto can do a ton of damage that will decimate his foes on the battle. While his DEF will have Vetto be able to survive being attacked from his enemies. It’s important that we’re balancing Vetto’s stats, not making one stronger than the other.
Personally, the best gear set would be 2 LR ATK gear pieces, 2 LR DEF gear pieces, 1 LR CRIT DMG gear piece, and 1 UR CRIT DMG gear piece.
Talents
For Vetto’s Talents, we will be focusing on increasing his ATK and DEF stats. This will allow him to deal a ton of damage while also being strong enough to withstand the most powerful attacks from enemies.
The focus will be on his Attack and Defense Talents, but his Support Talents can be freely customized. However, I do recommend using the ideal Support Talents for maximum efficiency with this unit.
Here are the best Talents for Vetto to use:
- Attack Talents
- Increased ATK – [ATK] +7%
- Battle Frenzy – Grants 2.5% [Increased CRIT Rate] at the start of a wave. (Stacks up to 5 times)
- Defense Talents
- Increased DEF – DEF +20%
- Endurance – Grants DEF +4% and CRIT RES +2% at the start of a wave (stacks up to 5 times)
- Support Talents
- Increased DMG RES – [DMG RES] +10%
- Swiftness – Grants a [SP+1] buff upon having less than 2 SP(s) at the start of a turn.
Skill Pages & Teams
With Vetto being a Defender unit, he has some good Skill Pages to use with his kit. However, not all of them will bring out the best out of Vetto. That’s why we’ve accumulated a short list of the Skill Pages that will work better with Vetto.
Here are the best Skill Pages for Vetto to use:
- SSR Skill Pages
- Blessing of Despair
- Gain 7/15% Endurance and 5% Crit Res.
- Breath of Darkness
- Applies 10/20% [Increased All ATK] to yourself.
- Blessing of Despair
- SR Skill Pages
- Loyal Sister
- Has a 20% chance of applying 5/15% [ATK Reduction] to an attacking enemy for 1 turn(s) upon taking damage.
