Dragonheir Silent Gods: How To Build Good Dungeon Teams

Teamwork makes the dream work!

Dragonheir: Silent Gods allows you to mix and match with the variety of Champions that you can choose from. In essence, you can choose which Champions you want in your team. Each of these Champions has their own qualities and characteristics, making for an engaging strategic decision.

In this guide, we will show you how to build good dungeon teams. Dungeons in this game can get really intense as you progress through them and rack up the difficulty. We will provide you with tips and insights that will give you a fighting chance in the most difficult arenas.

How To Build Good Dungeon Teams

There is quite a bit of subjectivity into what allows you to build good teams. However, there are also certain fundamentals and core ideas that you need to integrate when making a good dungeon team. It is these core ideas that we will give to you in this guide.

After these requirements have been fulfilled in your team, you can add other Champions that you feel are more suited to your gameplay style.

Tank Champion

It is crucial that you have a Tank Champion in your team. Tanks are vital as they can take the brunt of the damage that you will be taking from bosses and enemies in the dungeons. By doing this, you will be able to let the rest of your team shine.

However, this is where a lot of players make mistakes, by not choosing the ideal Tank Champion.

On the surface, it seems Champions that have good melee damage with good defense are perfect for Tank. This results in a lot of people using Usha. She is a Defense Champion with good Melee and survivability.

But she is simply not strong enough to be a good Tank. This is because she is missing the one characteristic that you absolutely need for the ideal Tank. This is Attack Penalty II.

Attack Penalty II allows you to reduce incoming damage from enemies by a huge 50%. The effect of this can especially be felt when you are in Higher Difficult dungeons after Stage 5 where the enemies will do a lot of damage.

So, you absolutely need Attack Penalty II for your Tank, no matter how good the rest of their stats are.

Additionally, you also want your Tank to have Accuracy. The higher level the Dungeon you are attempting, the higher Accuracy you should have.

For Level 6 Dungeons, you need at least 120 Accuracy and up to 200 for the highest level, which is Level 9.

For this purpose we recommend Frurbath or Ergander. They are excellent tanks because they fulfill these characteristics. We also recommend that you equip them with gears that boost their Accuracy. This way, you will have the ideal Tank for your team.

Healer

Every good team needs a Healer in the team. The Healer Champion will help keep your team members alive during fights in dungeons.

You should not, under any circumstances, try to substitute Healers with Shield Champions. The only way that this can work is if the Champion you are using has both healing and Shield. But in higher level Dungeons, you would be better off having separate Healing and Shield Champions.

The qualities that you are looking for in your healers are Enlightenment and Defensive Stats. You should give special focus to Enlightenment because most of the healing skills scale off Enlightenment in some way. The higher the Enlightenment, the higher the multiplier on healing.

We recommend Acilia because she is one of the best Healers in the game. She has a very high Enlightenment bonus, alongside high HP stats. You can also use gears that further boost these stats, making her a great Healer option.

Single Target DPS

Of course, no team is complete without offense. So, it is pretty obvious that you need a DPS (Damage per Second) Champion for your team.

However, it also matters what kind of DPS Champion you are choosing, as not all of them are the same.

It is important that you try to choose a good single target DPS Champion as opposed to an AoE DPS Champion. This is because the single target Champions are much more important when it comes to dungeons. Typically, you won’t be focusing on too many enemies in Dungeons.

Therefore, you should have at least one single target DPS Champion in your team. This means that you might have to sacrifice one of your AoE DPS Champions, even if their stats seem really high. The only exception for this is when you are on the Goblin Slayer Dungeon.

We recommend that you use Felicity or Lothair as your Single Target DPS.

Felicity may not seem very strong early on, but she can get really powerful as you progress her in late game. Lothair is also an excellent option because of his poison attacks.

Lothair can also do single target DPS and AoE attacks. This is why we recommend that you bring both of these Champions into your team, so that you have all bases covered! But try to have at least one single target DPS Champion in your team for Dungeons.

Once you have that covered, you can go for another type of DPS Champion if that’s what suits you.

Positioning DPS Champion

Another small tip that we recommend is positioning your DPS Champion properly during the dungeon itself. This will help you make the most of your team, which you will have spent quite a bit of effort assembling.

Positioning team at start of dungeon in Dragonheir: Silent Gods.

When you are facing bosses in a dungeon, you should try to position your DPS on either the left or right side.

This helps fight the enemies on the sides which will damage you quite a bit and become a distraction when fighting bosses.

Defeating them will allow you to focus on the boss properly once they’ve been taken out.

However, you can skip this part if you have a really strong Tank with the optimal build.

In that case, you can put the DPS in the middle and completely ignore the enemies on the side. Your Tank can then take the brunt of this damage, allowing you to focus on the boss itself.

That’s everything you need to know about building good dungeon teams in Dragonheir: Silent Gods. We recommend following these core fundamentals, and then using your judgment to fill in the rest of the gaps in your teams. Soon enough, you will be dominating even the most difficult Dungeons!
