When your life is on the line trying to evade monsters and turrets in Lethal Company, the least you can do is earn a ton of scrap and get some cash out of this crazy job. It’s one thing to get fired from your job, and another to get fired. Into space.
To avoid losing your job at Lethal Company, player Shark over on the Community page has written a comprehensive way to achieve the highest scrap payout in the game. In this guide, we’ve summarized all his tips to show you how to get the best payout possible and get rich fast on the Titan moon.
How to Get Rich Fast in Lethal Company
The Titan
The Titan isn’t your regular moon in Lethal Company. You’ll need some specific gear and enough scrap you’ll need to collect from other moons first to get you through Titan. It’s best to have a team of four for this.
You’ll want at least 700 currency when you go to Titan. To do this, explore the first three moons and do your best to collect a daily sum of 200-300 currency until Day 0. As for gear, you’ll need to collect the following:
- 2 radios
- 1 extension ladder
- 1 Boombox
Of course, depending on your playstyle you’re welcome to bring other items, but the above three will be essential to this run.
Crew
Your crew needs to be a well-oiled machine for this operation. Assign roles and make sure everyone has clear roles they need to play. For each player, assign these roles:
- Player A: Communication – remains on the ship when inventory is filled.
- Player B: Uses the extension ladder to drop items and get them to the ship.
- Player C: Has the radio and gathers as much loot as possible.
- Player D: Supports and follows Player C.
If you’re only playing as a team of three, Players B and C will collaborate to get loot to the ship.
Getting To The Titan
As always, avoid any moons when there’s an Eclipse. The image below shows you your route and ladder setup when you land on Titan.
For more details about the Eclipse weather, you may want to check out our guide on Lethal Company: Weather Conditions Guide.
Player B should retrieve the extension ladder and Player C should collect the walkie-talkie upon landing.
Everyone else should move upwards immediately and Player B should secure the ladder in the spot indicated below.
After that, everyone then enters the facility. Be fast when you set up because you’ll want to leave Titan by 3 pm.
Exploration
Once everyone is inside the facility, good communication is a must. Move fast when it comes to filling inventory and prioritizing loot.
For Player A, when inventory is full drop it at the entrance where the ladder is and then return by leaping off the railing and running back to the ship. Don’t be afraid to do this since there’s no fall damage. Afterward, support other players using the walkie-talkie.
Player B should deploy the ladder after the inventory is filled. Drop loot to the lower catwalk and use downtime wisely by looking for more scrap in the facility. Optimally, your setup should look like this.
During all of this, Players C and D should continue to search for loot and drop them by the extension ladder.
Then, Player B should start transporting items from the catwalk to the ship by 2:30. Use the Boombox to divert the attention from Blind Dogs if they’ve started to appear.
Keep searching for loot unless you encounter the Little Girl, Flower Man, or Jack in the Box. If any of the three are encountered, end the search completely and make a break for the ship.
Profit
You can expect approximately 800-1500 currency or more every time you do this Titan run. Keep in mind that once you pay the 700 currency to get to the Titan, the next landings won’t incur loss unless you leave the moon.
And that’s it for how to get rich quickly in Lethal Company. We hope this guide helps you on your quest for wealth, and once again a huge thanks to Shark for all of his help.
