You can start working on this Trophy from the very start of the game, more precisely from the Chapter 1. When the 2 girls will be next to the cabin and decide if they’re gonna get inside or not, choose the Break-In option.

Then you will need to the the next thing all the way in Chapter 5. This will be happening right around the scene where Dylan will be losing his arm. Here select the Desperate option and then choose and use whether the Chainsaw or the Shotgun route.

This way you can cut off his arm and in this way unlock the achievement. Congratulations!
