If you’re looking for more armor, specifically the Charite & Professor Armor then this is the place for you! Just a quick reminder, you can only get one of each, because it’s the same reward. However for female hunters, you get the Charite and for males, they get the Professor Armor.
Monster Hunter Sunbreak: How To Get Charite & Professor Armor
Armor sets can be difficult to find in Monster Hunter, some of them are under specific quests. Here’s one armor set in particular that you can only get when doing Rondine’s follower quests.
Starting Off
To start off you need to get to Master Rank 3. Getting to this stage will unlock a conversation with her and a quest called A Muddy Revival. When you finish that she’ll give you the blueprints for the Royal Order Insect Glaive, a pretty cool addition to your collection.
Unlock Rondine As A Partner
Once you’ve finished A Muddy Revival, you can talk to Rondine again and she’ll give you a quest called Into The Jungle Deep. In this quest you have to hunt Nargacuga, so get to it!
Once you’re finished with that quest Rondine will be available to bring in for Support Surveys!
Unlocking Charite & Professor Armor Sets
When you reach Master Rank 5 you have to speak to Rondine again. She’ll have a special quest for you called A Cold Wind Blows. There you have to fight a Kushala Daora, so you better get ready. Be careful and prepare for this fight because it’s one of the tougher fights at this point.
Once you’ve finished the Cold Wind Blows, talk to Rondine again and she’ll finally give you the set that’s for your gender!
