Project Zomboid is a game where you will be put into a zombie world that isn’t like the movies, but something of a real-life scenario. It is without a doubt the most realistic zombie experience ever. How to Make Metal Gates – Project Zomboid

There are a total of 4 types of Metal Gates that you are able to construct and build in Project Zomboid. They are shown all in the picture above.

You have your classic fence gate that can be put on the left and the right side. This is a very good gate to have when you want to park a car inside for example. Then you have the spiked fence gate. This one is very good and will provide you with much more protection that the other one.

The other ones are basically the same just one gate. You have the big one, which will provide very good protection. Then the small one which zombies can actually jump over but get caught on and deal damage to them.

To build a Metal Gate you will have to right–click on the ground where you will want to build it. Then the window will open with lots of options. You will need to click on the Metalwork tab. Then go into the subsection of Door. Here you will find and see all the different types of gates that you are able to actually build.

You can see the requirements of these builds as you hover over them with your mouse cursor. You will see them on the new window that will open on the right of it. For most of them, you will need to have a hammer, some nails, metal bars, and so on.

Then once you click on it you will need to choose where you actually want to place this very gate that you want. You will move with your mouse and just place it on the ground. Now your character will begin building it slowly slowly. After a while, you will have a Metal Gate.
