Maybe your internet had a hiccup, or your ISP is being annoying again with maintenance or maybe it was a one time thing that won’t happen again. Whatever the case is sometimes they just work after a while, but for those who want try and fix it now then here area some possible fixes and workarounds for the error:

  • Change Steam Server Region
  • Change DNS server
  • Restart PC or Router
  • Change to a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi
  • Use a VPN
