As Facility 3826 fell into the hands of the robots that they created, the Soviet citizens must survive and find a way out.
Among those citizens is Major Nechaev, a soldier who is equipped with a powerful glove that gives him an advantage over the other Soviet citizens. You take control of this character as he fights for survival.
In this guide, we will be showing you how to complete the Continue Searching for Viktor objective, which is part of the Wanted Dead or Alive: Viktor Petrov quest.
Atomic Heart – Continue Searching For Viktor
#1 Power Up the Elevator
Your first objective when looking for Viktor Petrov is to power up the elevator.
To do that, you will need to go and get the power back up online. Follow the objective marker to your next location.
The objective marker will leady you to a locked door. Trying to unlock it by using your glove will result in failure.
Thus, the objective marker will lead you somewhere that will get you a key to open this door.
You will eventually reach an area where you encounter the Dandelion CCTV cameras. These cameras, once they spot you, will raise the alert level and call nearby robots to attack you.
It’s best to try and be stealthy here unless you want to clear out the area to make a safer return.
Keep following the objective marker until you find this key on the table. After picking it up, you can then go back to the locked door on the first floor.
Once you have opened the room, look to your left and you will see three lines on the wall.
The top line will be glowing blue, while the others will be glowing red. You will need to transfer the blue line by moving the upper right circle once, then the lower circle once.
You can now ride the elevator to the floor you need to be on.
#2 Continue Your Search for Viktor Petrov
Reaching the floor you need to be on, continue your search for Viktor. You will need to shock this door in order to open it.
Continue following the objective while dealing with the enemies along the way. There will be a lot of them, so be ready with ammo for your guns (as a last resort) and healing items.
Keep going forward until you reach this hall.
There will be spinning cable cars that will damage you if you get hit. Be sure to time your advances when the cable car moves.
Once you safely reach the end of the hall, you will then have to swim through the polymer to get to the other side.
#3 Find the Lock Combination
Exiting the polymer, you will then have to reboot the line by accessing the console here.
However, it is locked behind a combination lock. You will need to find a dead body with a memory of the combination in order to continue.
Open the door behind you by shocking it. You will have to cross this pile of junk to follow the objective marker.
The objective marker will lead you to a dead body with a piece of paper next to it. This is the combination for the lock. Now, go back to the lock.
To unlock it, you will need to do a diamond formation starting from the left, then the bottom, then the right, then finally the top.
This will unlock the door, which allows you to access the console inside.
After unlocking the door and turning on the cable car lines, exit the station and get inside this cable car to continue searching for Viktor.
#4 The Search for Viktor Continues
You will eventually have to drop down and then fight some robots. After dealing with them, you will have to cross the large gap by doing some parkour on the side.
While making your way, you will encounter a Burva, a tunneling robot. This will 100% one-shot you if you get hit, so when the screen starts shaking, you will need to hide in holes in the walls.
To escape, you need to enter through this hole in the wall.
Once you are in, climb through this ventilation shaft to continue.
Keep crawling through until you reach an exit. However, you will have to avoid some cable cars that will kill you if you are low enough health. Time your drop right to avoid getting hit and continue onward.
Once you reach the next station, you will have to enter through this door, as the large door cannot be opened manually. You will find some resources here. Once you are done scavenging, continue forward.
You will eventually reach the other side of the larger door, just in time to see what happens if you walk through a laser wall (spoiler alert: not very good for the body).
Go through the doors until you reach the vendor. You will then have to get Nora’s Kiss, which will allow you to go through the laser wall.
After getting the required skill, simply run through it and you continue onwards.
You will eventually reach the last objective marker, which completes the search for Viktor’s objective.
