Atomic Heart features a unique storyline that takes place in an alternate history where the Soviet Union won World War II. Unlike the Nazis in Wolfenstein that won because of their advanced technology, the Soviet Union in Atomic Heart only later developed their advanced technology after winning the war.
Thanks to many intelligent minds in the Soviet Union, they now have advanced weaponry and technology. But just like any system, a bug can be the downfall. In this guide, we will be completing the Bug in the System quest in Atomic Heart.
Atomic Heart – Bug In The System Guide
Find Sechenov’s Computational Center and find Petrov
When you get the quest, your first objective is to reach Sechenov’s Computational Center.
It’s a pretty far destination, so walking there is not the best choice at the moment. It’s recommended that you grab a car and drive there to get there quicker.
When you get to the building, your quest will change to finding Petrov inside the Computational Center.
It’s going to be littered with robots, so make sure you brought a ton of ammo and health. When you enter the building, immediately follow the quest marker until it leads you outside of the building.
Outside of the building, the quest marker will take you up to the roof. Use these platforms to get up there quicker.
Once at the top of the building, you will have to face one of the black-suited robots. Take it down and approach the objective marker.
The robot should be guarding a key for the locked door that the objective marker was originally leading you towards. Once you have the key, go back to the door.
Interact with the door and you will place the key inside. After that, you will need to do the snapping minigame in order to fully open it.
Once the door opens, a cutscene will open and Bug in the System will be completed.
