A lot of players are jumping into the game including players from the sister game Genshin Impact. Just like that game you’ll get to choose which character you get at the start, either Seele or Caelus for which, you can also customize their names.

At the start of Honkai Star Rail, after the tutorial section where you play as Kafka and Silver Wolf, you’ll get a choice. The choice is to pick the main character of the game. You have a choice between the female character Stelle or the Male Character Caelus. The big question is which one is better?
The answer is: It doesn’t matter.
Both characters will start as physical damage characters and both of them use the same skills. They will have the same stats and the same stat growth. The only difference between the two is their genders, their looks and their Voice actors when in a battle.
So it’s ultimately up to you, the player, on which one is better. Would you like to stare at Stelle or Caelus for the rest of the game? That should be the main question, since they’re both the same. It’s up to personal preference.
